The FlexiRacks 2CWL is a 60-inch-wide industrial drying rack built for single-sided loading of large panels, wide cabinet doors, long components, and oversized parts that exceed the capacity of a standard 30-inch rack. It is the most straightforward and affordable entry point into the 60-inch FlexiRacks range, offering maximum width without the complexity of central posts or additional columns.

Built for cabinet shops, woodworking facilities, automotive refinishing shops, aerospace facilities, and metal fabrication operations handling large-format parts. The powder-coated steel frame handles up to 500kg total rack load while remaining fully mobile on five-inch heavy-duty casters. All holding bars carry a rubber protective coating resistant to conventional paints, varnishes, oils, waxes, and water-based paints.

Each holding bar installs and removes using a slot and locking screw system, allowing you to adjust vertical spacing in seconds without tools. Remove individual levels entirely to create extra clearance for oversized components without affecting the rest of the rack. The simple two-column design means faster loading and unloading compared to more complex configurations.

The modular FlexiRacks design means the 2CWL can be upgraded at any time. Add a central post package to gain width adjustment flexibility and convert to the 3CWL configuration. Add a second central post to reach the maximum 4CWL configuration with three independently adjustable loading zones.

Add the shelf package to convert the entire unit into a vertical loading dolly for transporting finished parts between departments, such as CNC, sliding table saw, beam saw, and edgebanding, without reloading or handling individual pieces.
